Hi all,

What questions do you have about the referencing table?

Hi,

Should the learners be working on their Reference Tables now or is this done at Gateway? Some of my learners have Gateway starting in November, so want to check if this needs to be complete prior to Gateway.

Thanks

Hi Maria,

This should be done little and often to my mind. But they could do it all at the end.

It needs to be done.

Hi

Some of my L4 learners will be going into Gateway from 1st November and I'm meeting them next week so I want to start preparing them to ensure they have everything they need for this.

I want to tell them to start completing their Referencing Tables alongside their Reflective Statements and Evidence so that they compile this together as you suggest, to keep track of progress.

I have given all my learners a list of the KSBs with their codes in an Excel file, taken from Etrack and the numbering on the Referencing Table from DSW doesn't fully line up to what's in E-track, so can I use the Excel document I gave them to ensure all KSBs have been met? I have attached the Excel file I have been sending out to the learners.

Do you have any examples of completed or partially completed Referencing Tables? And is there a specific standard that they are expecting? What do you recommend?

Many thanks

Hi all,

"I have put together a sample of how we would expect the referencing table to be completed, please see attached.

The requirements outlined in the portfolio referencing table come directly from the assessment plan therefore we require evidence to meet each of these specific criteria."
