Hi thanks for the new form. Are we just signing it by entering our name and dating it on the form, as there isn't the timestamp functionality on this version?

Thanks I can do that as it's easy but will anyone question the validity of it in this way? Also the learners are questioning how to sign it and whether it's ok to sign it in the same way as there's no timestamp.
