Sorry, not sure if it's the right category for this question but I just wanted to check when you guys are setting out targets at the first meeting and before you have your next quarterly review- do you send an email or check in with your learner as to whether they are on track or not? in terms of the targets set? Wondering if that can actually hep them as I don't want to put unnecessary pressure. Thoughts? Ideas? Or does anyone use any sort of reminder tools or apps etc to remind them to remind the learners about their targets? I hope I am not sounding like a headteacher

It's just I feel I am setting targets with different dates for each of them and it's hard for me to keep a track of it myself.
